I think the kid should'a been thrown in jail for disorderly conduct and interfering in an investigation. The cop was doing his job, probably because he got a call about loud music from people (more than likely ppl that didn't have mommy and daddy still paying all of their bills for them) that had to get up for work the next day.

I think that this guy wants us to believe that the police have no right to enter a party if the door is closed....wrong! If a disturbance is created or if the officer believes that a crime is being committed inside he may enter without a warrant the only thing he cant do is conduct a search for contraband but he may act upon anything that is in plain view. The only way he couldn't have entered is if there was nothing to suggest criminal activity, and yes, a loud party is criminal activity (disorderly conduct) If only it was so easy to get rid of the police by slamming a door in their face. What this dork fails to realize is that everyone in the home was in violation of law before the door was even open because of the disturbance that the officer could hear. If the guy would have just kept his mouth shut and not tried to be a wise ass the cop would have just asked them to quiet down a little and left. It just goes to show that its not only the violent felons that the cops have to deal with but its the crap from punks who have nothing better to do than harass cops. I don’t blame the cop for getting offended and angry. I would have wanted to slap that camera out of his hand and whip his smart ass.

Skully Youre right and Wrong For the wise ass like you said youre right but if the door is closed and the police officer dosent have a warrant he have no right to enter the house. here an example . The cop ring to my door cause i make a party. i open the door and get out an close the door after me to talk to them and ask them whats hapenning. They tell me thay had a complaint for noise i say ok ill talk to them and calm down im very sorry officer blablabla.The end .. The cop ask me if he can enter the house to see if everything is alright i say no , He say why :and reply him that everyone fine and ill be sure evrybody calm down . Can he still enter ?? The answer is : NO (no warrant no enter) except if when you opened the door he saw a minor drinking alchohol or smelled illegal substances.Thats it Remember one thing tho do not be rude or sarcastic with the cop just be polite and clear cause at that point problems start. If the come insist telling you bullshit about the law and blablabla just notify him that if he enters youre house witout a warrant or a significant proof there is an emergency or else you will call a laywer. have witnesess with you. Ok i will not go in details but like i said skully is right in a certain way but wrong in a part . ANd the guy didnt try to make he big ass making repution of police bad Keep that in mind that in every kinda job there is always good workers and bad workers and i can tell you that in US there is a big problem with corrupted stuff or big shot cops but i dont put them all in the same basket but there is still a lot a work to do on their side
